You can set it up yourself with the driver’s information. They send a password to the driver, and then they’re live.”

“I love the security,” says Paul. “I love that you have to log in every time that you want to use it. I love that it logs you out after a certain amount of time. Dynamic Prompt, I think, is one of the best things you guys came up with. I love it – it’s a one-time code, it has an expiration time, and once you use it nobody else can use it. It’s a generated number that’s not consecutive. It always changes, so to have that kind of security makes me feel good for my drivers. It makes them feel good because they’re not being charged for something that they didn’t get.”

But there’s more. Paul has been the victim of fraud, so TCS’ Dynamic Prompt feature is a lifesaver. “I’ve had somebody steal my driver’s card. I’ve had somebody charge up stuff. Do you know what it’s like to try and fight fraud charges? Everybody’s worried about getting their identity stolen and everything else. They can see what’s going on with your card transactions. So, I have nothing but good things to say.”

TCS Back-Office Support: Ease of Customer Service!

“TCS has made it easier for me in the back office,” says Aimee. “It has a variety of platforms. I can see everything on my phone, and I get emails each day telling me about purchases. Some of my drivers have their fuel receipts sent directly to me. So, when I get the papers and the fuel receipt is missing, I don’t have to run it down, I can just pull a copy from my email. And of course, you can use the website.”

Aimee also calls TCS Client Services frequently for assistance. She manages drivers that aren’t technologically savvy, so getting friendly, efficient help is valuable to her. “The reality is that many drivers these days have never used a laptop or a computer,” she says. “I call customer service a lot, especially when we have changes. Dynamic Prompt was a good change, but we have drivers who still have trouble logging into TCS. I like that they have to log in all the time, but it also is like, “I can’t get it to work” or “I forget to use the Dynamic Prompt.” The people I’ve spoken to at TCS have been very, very helpful, and very accommodating and understanding.”
