By entering $1 Billion Reasons to Celebrate (the “Promotion”), all entrants agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules (the “Official Rules”). By entering the Promotion, entrants grant permission to Sponsors to use his or her name, business name, contest entry, likeness, or comments for publicity purposes. Entrants waive all rights and remedies at law or in equity of any and all claim(s) they may have relating to the Promotion.

Promotion Periods:

The Promotion includes both Weekly Promotion Periods as well as a Grand Prize Promotion Period.

Weekly Promotion Periods: (CST Time)

The Grand Prize Promotion Period begins at midnight CST on January 8, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM CST on March 5, 2025.

The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during each particular Promotion Period.

Eligibility:

Entrants must be eighteen (18) years of age or older and legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, subject to exceptions. Exceptions include employees of the Sponsors and its affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, retailers, advertising and promotional agencies, and the immediate families and/or household members of Sponsors. Promotion is void where prohibited. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.

Entry:

Entries are compiled by Sponsors together with information provided by Electronic Funds Source LLC (EFS) regarding each entrant’s TCS Fuel Card usage.

Entrants will receive one entry per qualifying fuel transaction at in-network locations. In-network locations include TA®, Petro Stopping Centers®, TA Express®.

The Sponsors will monitor each entrant’s fueling transactions and award one entry per sixty (60 gallon) or more transactions using the TCS Fuel Card at in-network fueling locations. In-network locations include TA, Petro Stopping Centers, TA Express.

Postage will be reimbursed by Sponsors. The Sample Form following these Official Rules may be used.

Entries must be received by February 26 for entry into the Grand Prize Promotion Period. Entries must be received by Jan 14, 2025, for entry into Weekly Promotion Period One (1), by Jan 21, 2025 for entry into Weekly Promotion Period Two (2), by Jan 28,2025 for entry into Weekly Promotion Period Three (3), by February 4, 2025 for entry into Weekly Promotion Period Four (4), by February 11, 2025 for entry into Weekly Promotion Period Five (5), by February 18, 2025 for entry into Weekly Promotion Period Six (6), by February 25, 2025 for entry into Weekly Promotion Period Seven (7), by March 4, 2025, for entry into Weekly Promotion Period Eight (8), as outlined in the Promotion Periods section of these Official Rules, at the above address for timely processing and return; any entries received after such date(s) will not be processed.

Only valid entries during each Promotion Period or the Grand Prize Promotion Period will be eligible for the Prize or Grand Prize, as set forth in the Prize section of these Official Rules, during that Promotion Period. Entries will not rollover into the following Promotion Periods.

Prize:

Each Winner will be randomly selected to win the Prize or Grand Prize within ten (10) days of the expiration of the Promotion Periods.

Twenty-Five (25) Winners (the “Winner(s)”) will be awarded in a podium style -1st, 2nd, 3rd place. The First-Place winner will receive a $3,000 credit to their TCS Fuel Card, Second-place winner will receive $1,500 credit to their TCS Fuel Card, Third-Place winner will receive $500 credit to their TCS Fuel Card (the “Prize”) and one (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive a $5,000 Road America Race Weekend (the “Grand Prize”). Each Winner will be contacted by phone and/or email within ten (10) days of the end of each Promotion Period.

Each Winner must claim the Prize or Grand Prize within thirty (30) days of notification. Each Prize or the Grand Prize is non-transferable, and it cannot be substituted or redeemed for cash, except as provided herein. The Sponsors reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value should the featured Prize or Grand Prize become unavailable. The Winner is solely responsible for any and all applicable fees, licenses, and registrations and federal, state, and local taxes associated with receipt and use of the Prize or Grand Prize.

Reservation of Rights & Disclaimer:

The Sponsors are not responsible for the possible malfunction of any computer systems, telephone lines, computer on-line systems, software, hardware, servers, access providers, computer equipment, programs or other errors. The Sponsors are not responsible for the failure of any entry to be received by the Sponsors on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or any website, or any combination thereof, that are human or technical in nature, including any injury or damage to an entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from playing or downloading any materials in the Promotion. The Sponsors reserve the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend the Promotion and randomly award the Prize or Grand Prize out of all eligible entries should any virus, bugs or other causes beyond the control of the Sponsors corrupt the security, administration or proper play of the Promotion. Should the Promotion be terminated prior to the stated expiration date, notice will be posted at contest rules URL. Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or to undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, the Sponsors reserve the right to fully seek remedies and damages permitted by law, including criminal prosecution. The Sponsors are not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information regardless if caused by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in the Promotion. Automated entries are prohibited, and any use of such devices will cause disqualification. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an electronic entry, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the “Authorized Account Holder” in whose name the email account is registered, provided that person meets all eligibility criteria set forth in the Eligibility section of these Official Rules. “Authorized Account Holder” shall mean the natural person assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses. Sponsors reserve the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.

Notification:

A random selection of each Winner will be conducted under the Sponsors’ supervision, whose decision will be final in all matters relating to the Promotion. Each Winner will be notified by phone or email. If a Prize notification is returned as undeliverable, if a Winner cannot be contacted within ten (10) days of the first attempt to contact him or her, or if he or she fails to sign and return the Affidavit of Eligibility or Liability and Publicity Release Form within the required time period, the Prize or the Grand Prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected. Except where prohibited, each Winner must execute and return to the Sponsors, within ten (10) days of being notified, an Affidavit of Eligibility and a Liability and Publicity Release Form, in order to claim the Prize or Grand Prize. Each Winner will receive the Prize or the Grand Prize within four weeks of Apex’s receipt of the Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability and Publicity Release Form.

Jurisdiction:

The Promotion is offered only in the United States and is governed by the laws of the state of Texas. All entrants in the Promotion expressly consent and submit themselves to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Texas. All entrants expressly consent that venue shall be in Tarrant County for the adjudication or disposition of any claim, action or dispute arising out of the Promotion.

Privacy:

By providing the required entry information, entrants acknowledge that the Sponsors may also send each entrant information, samples or special offers via telephone, text messaging, email, or mail that Sponsors think may be of that entrant’s interest.
